Dear Investor,
In conformity with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/03, which deals with the protection of privacy, we wish to inform you that the personal data of physical and/or juridical persons processed by OLIDATA will be treated correctly, legally and with clarity. We will also protect your privacy and rights.
We are thus providing you with the information below in accordance with Section 13 of the abovementioned Decree.
We will use your personal data for the following purposes:
	
    * a) administration and accountancy for drawing up contracts and invoicing services rendered;
    * b) economical and statistical analyses;
    * c) commercial information or sending of advertising materials upon OLIDATA's promotional initiatives;
    * d) carrying out market research; interactive commercial communication.

All data will be dealt with either manually or with the use of data processing and telecommunications equipment, in such a way to guarantee the safety and privacy of the same.
The data will be forwarded to affiliated OLIDATA service centres situated over the entire national territory.
In accordance with the obligations of the standards regarding corporate, accountancy and fiscal matters, your data may also be made accessible, on occasion of the legally set deadlines, to companies or offices commissioned by OLIDATA (e.g. forwarding agents, legal offices, commercial offices, auditing companies, etc.). It is understood that the data will be communicated within the same limits and in order to pursue the same aims for which they are collected.
The providing of this data is optional for Points b), c) and d) and there are no consequences if the data is not provided. It is, however, compulsory to provide the data requested in Point a). Refusal to do so will imply the non-execution of the possible sales contract or transferral of information.
